Delivery Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in approved states within the United States (see https://www.azotic-na.com/usregistration/ for approved states). We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses within approved states (per above). Any shipments outside of approved states in the United States are not available at this time. We cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time.

3. Delivery Time

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 weeks prior to your estimated seeding date (provided during checkout process). Deliveries are made on business days only, generally between the hours of 8am and 5pm local time. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

A link will be emailed to you upon shipping, which will provide an estimated delivery date. You will be able to track the progress of your shipment with this. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the quantity ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Delivery Instructions

Upon receipt of the product, keep it away from extreme heat or cold. The product will perform best if stored at a cool room temperature until use.

5. Shipping Costs

Orders of 1 case (4 x 1 gal) are shipped free of charge.  For orders less than 1 case, a cost of $30 will be charged.   Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. Sales tax will be charged as applicable.   

All products are shipped F.O.B. USA, and shipped only to approved states within the United States. As such, there are no applicable customs duties or brokerage fees.
